Crossroads Educational Consultants – Course Returns & Refund (Parent/Guardian Version)
We’ve written these terms in a clear and simple way to help you feel confident and informed. If you have any questions or need this in a different format, just let us know — we're here to support you.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Once you enrol your child in one of our courses, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind.
If you cancel within that time, we will refund the full course fee minus two costs:
- A £50 admin fee, which covers paperwork and setup.
- A registration fee, which depends on the course (we’ll tell you the exact amount when you enrol).
2. No Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day period ends, the course fee is non-refundable — even if your child doesn’t start or finish the course.
This helps us plan ahead and make sure we can provide consistent support, appropriate staffing , and the right resources for every learner.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please email us at: info@crossroads.wales
Just let us know your name, your child’s name, and the course.
We will confirm your request and process any refund as quickly as possible.
4. Special Circumstances
We know that life can be unpredictable — especially when supporting neurodiverse children. If something major happens after the 14-day period, email us.
We may consider a refund or credit towards future sessions at our discretion, depending on the situation.
We may ask for some information (like a letter or note) to help us understand.
5. Changes to Courses
Sometimes, we might need to change the course timetable, content, or how it's delivered (for example, online instead of in-person).
If this happens, we’ll let you know as early as possible and offer alternative options where we can.
6. Agreement
By enrolling your child in one of our courses, you are agreeing to these terms.
We believe in clear, kind communication — so if anything feels unclear, confusing, or stressful, we’re here to help.
Need support?
We want all families to feel safe and supported. If you are neurodiverse or need adjustments to understand or manage this process, please reach out. We’ll do our best to meet your needs.
