Designed for children aged 8-16, these sessions provide a safe and supportive space where young people can unwind, improve their physical wellbeing and learn valuable mindfulness techniques to help them navigate everyday life.
Combining gentle yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and mindful activities, each session encourages children to connect with both their bodies and minds in a positive and enjoyable way.

Throughout the course, students will:
- Learn a variety of yoga poses to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
- Explore mindfulness techniques to support emotional wellbeing.
- Practise breathing exercises to promote calm and reduce anxiety.
- Develop self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
- Take part in creative mindfulness activities and relaxation exercises.
- Build friendships in a supportive, inclusive and non-competitive environment.
