THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING
A calm, supportive space with Lyndsey Knowles
Qualified Therapeutic Counsellor
Lyndsey offers warm, individual counselling for adults, parents and carers who want a safe, non-judgemental space to feel heard, understood and supported through life’s challenges.

Warm • Safe • Non-judgemental
Support shaped around the person — not a one-size-fits-all model.
MEET LYNDSEY KNOWLES
Experience in education. A counselling approach centred on you.
Before retraining as a therapeutic counsellor, Lyndsey spent almost 20 years working in education. That background gives her a grounded understanding of the pressures that can surround learning, family life, work and wellbeing.
Lyndsey works from a pluralistic approach, tailoring each session to the individual and drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques.
Alongside her professional experience, Lyndsey’s lived experience as the parent of a neurodivergent young person gives her particular understanding of the challenges that can be faced by adults, parents, carers and educators navigating neurodivergence, relationships, work and emotional wellbeing.
A space to be heard — without judgement.
Counselling can create time to slow things down, explore what is happening and find a way forward that feels manageable and personal.
