Learn about local Artist Keith Bayliss, his work, techniques and inspirations. Let this knowledge inspire you to create your own art piece in his style. Use this workshop as your first piece of art on your Arts Award journey. The £4 admin cost of this workshop will be deducted from the cost of your Arts Award Qualification. Workshop suitable for ages 9+

Crossroads are thrilled to be a Trinity College London Approved Centre and able to offer Discover, Explore, Bronze and Silver Arts Award for anyone aged 5 - 25 years old. The Arts Award is a fantastically flexible creative award in the Arts - Drawing, Digital Art, Textiles, Craft, Ceramics, Singing, Dancing Acting, Mime, Photography and more. There are no exams and the children can work within the criteria in their own way. We are partnering with local Arts Organisations who will be putting on workshops to help and inspire the children to achieve this award.
Louise at Llantarnam Grange Art Centre has kindly agreed to put on this workshop so that you can try before you buy and find out more about the Awards.

Plenty of parking in Cwmbran Town Centre. The Art Centre is within easy walking distance of the shops or parents may like to relax in the café. Please note this is a very old building and children will need to go up a flight of stairs to the workshop rooms. However the café and toilets downstairs are accessible for parents.
