S.T.I.L.L is an 8 week child and parent wellbeing programme designed to help children better understand anxiety, build confidence and develop practical tools to manage worries and challenging emotions. Parents are supported to understand anxiety, reinforce strategies at home and help their child build long term confidence and resilience.

What is Included

Session 1: Parent Consultation & Child Introduction

50 minutes
– 30-minute consultation with parent(s)
– Explore the child’s strengths, challenges, and goals
– Discuss anxiety triggers and current support strategies
– 20-minute introduction with child
– Begin building rapport and introducing the programme
Sessions 2-7: Child Coaching Sessions
50 minutes each
Sessions are tailored to the individual child and may include:
– Understanding anxiety and the brain
– Recognising thoughts, feelings, and body signals
– Learning calming and grounding techniques
– Building confidence and self-esteem
– Managing worries and overthinking
– Developing healthy coping strategies
– Emotional regulation skills
– Creating personalised wellbeing tools
Session 8: Review & Parent Consultation
50 minutes
– Celebrate progress and achievements
– Review strategies and tools developed during the programme
– Discuss next steps and maintaining progress
– Joint discussion with child and parent
– Opportunity for parent-only consultation and questions
Who is this Programme Suitable For?
Children aged 8 years and over who may experience:
– Anxiety and excessive worry
– Low confidence or self-esteem
– School-related anxiety
– Friendship or social worries
– Emotional overwhelm
– Difficulties managing anxious thoughts and feelings
