A clear, supportive route forward
1. Start with a conversation
Tell us what is happening and what kind of support you are looking for. We can help you work out whether Sophie’s approach is a good fit.
2. Begin therapeutic sessions
One-to-one support is initially offered for up to eight sessions, giving space for trust, understanding and practical strategies to develop.
3. Review progress
Around the sixth session, progress is reviewed and any ongoing support needs can be discussed together.
Experienced in education, facilitation and community wellbeing
Support designed to help young people feel heard, understood and better equipped for everyday life.
