I lawer o deuluoedd, yn enwedig y rhai sydd wedi treulio blynyddoedd yn brwydro i gael eu clywed, mae hyn yn arwydd bod eu lleisiau o&#039;r diwedd wedi torri drwodd. Mae ymrwymiad i wella cefnogaeth SEND ar draws meithrinfeydd, ysgolion a cholegau yn groesawgar, ac mae&#039;n haeddu cydnabyddiaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yr Hyn a Welaf o Ddwy Ochr y System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rwy&#039;n dweud hyn fel cyn-athro ysgol uwchradd ers 20 mlynedd, a nawr fel Cyfarwyddwr Ymgynghorwyr Addysgol Crossroads. Fy ngwaith heddiw yw gyda theuluoedd sy&#039;n aml yn cael eu gorfodi i addysgu gartref oherwydd nad oes cefnogaeth briodol ar gael yn yr ysgol. Mae gan lawer o&#039;r plant rydyn ni&#039;n eu cefnogi Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig (ADA), ac nid ydyn nhw&#039;n methu dysgu. Maen nhw&#039;n ddysgwyr a allai ffynnu mewn addysg brif ffrwd pe bai&#039;r gefnogaeth, yr amser a&#039;r hyblygrwydd cywir ar gael mewn gwirionedd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cNid yw plant ag AAA yn methu dysgu \u2014 maen nhw\u2019n ddysgwyr a allai ffynnu pe bai\u2019r system yn caniat\u00e1u iddyn nhw wneud hynny.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pam mae Safoni Hyfforddiant Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig yn Bwysig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae safoni hyfforddiant Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig (AAA) yn teimlo fel y cam cywir. Ers gormod o amser, mae ansawdd a dyfnder yr hyfforddiant wedi amrywio&#039;n fawr rhwng lleoliadau, gan adael staff \u00e2 lefelau gwahanol iawn o hyder a dealltwriaeth. Mae cysondeb yn bwysig, a phe bai&#039;n cael ei wneud yn dda, gallai hyn fod yn lifer pwerus ar gyfer newid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y Realiti Mae Ysgolion yn Gweithio Ynddynt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ond nid yw hyfforddiant yn bodoli mewn gwagle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae ysgolion dan bwysau aruthrol. Mae recriwtio\u2019n parhau i fod islaw\u2019r targed, mae cadw staff yn fregus, ac mae llwyth gwaith yn parhau i ddominyddu sgyrsiau gydag athrawon ym mhob cam o\u2019u gyrfa. Yn y cyd-destun hwn, rhaid ymdrin yn ofalus \u00e2 chyflwyno disgwyliadau hyfforddi newydd. Heb amser, capasiti ac ymddiriedaeth ychwanegol, mae hyd yn oed yr hyfforddiant a gynlluniwyd fwyaf meddylgar mewn perygl o ddod yn alw arall ar weithlu sydd eisoes wedi\u2019i orbwyso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pan fydd y System yn Tanseilio Cynhwysiant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae hefyd yn bwysig cydnabod nad hyfforddiant erioed fu&#039;r unig broblem. Mae llawer o athrawon eisoes yn gwybod sut olwg sydd ar arfer cynhwysol. Yr her yw ei weithredu o fewn system sy&#039;n parhau i ganolbwyntio&#039;n drwm ar arholiadau ac yn cael ei gyrru gan ganlyniadau. Pan fydd llwyddiant yn cael ei ddiffinio&#039;n gul gan ganlyniadau, mae ysgolion yn cael eu gorfodi i wneud dewisiadau anodd. Mae&#039;r disgyblion hynny sydd fwyaf tebygol o gyrraedd meincnodau yn cael blaenoriaeth, tra bod eraill, yn aml disgyblion ag AAA, yn derbyn llai nag sydd ei angen arnynt, er gwaethaf bwriadau gorau&#039;r staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nid methiant o ran dealltwriaeth nac ymrwymiad yw hyn. Mae&#039;n broblem strwythurol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cNid methiant athrawon yw hyn \u2014 methiant y system maen nhw\u2019n gweithio ynddi ydyw.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yr Hyn sydd ei Angen mewn Gwirionedd gan Athrawon i Wneud i Gynhwysiant Weithio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os ydym o ddifrif yngl\u0177n \u00e2 chynhwysiant, mae angen mwy na hyfforddiant ar athrawon. Mae angen dosbarthiadau llai arnynt, llai o bwysau o amgylch graddau targed, ac amgylcheddau diogel yn seicolegol lle gallant roi cynnig ar strategaethau newydd heb ofni canlyniadau. Mae angen amser ac adnoddau arnynt i fyfyrio, addasu a gwreiddio arfer cynhwysol yn iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heb yr amodau hyn, mae hyd yn oed hyfforddiant o ansawdd uchel mewn perygl o ddod yn symbolaidd yn hytrach na thrawsnewidiol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plant yn yr Crossroads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn Crossroads, rydym yn gweithio gyda phlant sydd ar crossroads y system. Dysgwyr nad ydynt wedi methu addysg, ond sydd wedi cael eu methu gan system sy&#039;n symud yn rhy gyflym i addasu. Dyma blant a allai lwyddo, pe bai&#039;r amgylchedd yn caniat\u00e1u iddynt wneud hynny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Munud na Ddylen Ni ei Wastraffu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae&#039;r rhaglen hyfforddi Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig hon yn gam i&#039;r cyfeiriad cywir. Er mwyn cyflawni newid parhaol go iawn, mae angen iddi gyd-fynd \u00e2 newid ehangach yn y ffordd y diffinnir llwyddiant a sut y cefnogir ysgolion i ddiwallu anghenion amrywiol.
